By installing or using the Wave Byte app ("the App") on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App.
The Wave Byte Shopify App connects your Shopify store to the Wave Byte dropshipping platform. The App allows you to: • Import products from the Wave Byte catalog to your Shopify store • Automatically forward customer orders to Wave Byte for fulfillment • Track order status and manage your seller account The App is intended solely for use by registered Wave Byte sellers. You must have an active Wave Byte seller account to use the full functionality of the App.
To use the App, you must: • Have an active Shopify store • Have a registered and approved Wave Byte seller account at portal.wavebyte.ae • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
The App requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial period: • Plan: Premium — $5.00 USD per month • Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system • You will not be charged until the free trial period ends • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds are issued for partial months Wave Byte reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: • Use the App to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or Wave Byte systems • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties • Use the App in any way that violates Shopify's Terms of Service or applicable laws
Wave Byte will use reasonable commercial efforts to fulfill orders forwarded through the App. However, Wave Byte does not guarantee: • Specific delivery timeframes (though estimated times will be provided) • Availability of all products at all times • Delivery to all geographic locations You are responsible for setting accurate expectations with your customers regarding shipping times and return policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wave Byte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Wave Byte's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling your subscription through Shopify.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of significant changes within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
